Intermatic™ DT17 Heavy Duty Digital Timer Product Recall

Intermatic, Inc. has issued a voluntary recall of its DT17 timer, packaged as DT17C Heavy Duty Digital Timer and DT17C70 Heavy Duty Grounded Digital 7 Day Timer. The recalled timers could pose an electrical shock hazard. The brand name, model number ("DT17") and affected date codes of 40Z through 52Z or date codes ending in A, B, or C can be located on the bottom of the timer as shown below. If you have a timer with date codes 40Z through 52Z or date codes ending in A, B, or C, stop using it and contact Intermatic immediately.

If you discover that your DT17 timer has date codes of 40Z through 52Z or date codes ending in A, B, or C, please complete this form. Intermatic will send you a postage paid return carton. You will be instructed to pack the timer into the carton. Once received, we will replace it promptly with a new one. We appreciate your business, and apologize for any inconvenience.
